My Story
As a young girl I watched my grandmama make soap in a metal pot over a wood fire
outside. The soap she made was used for washing clothes as well as bathing. She did
not have a recipe written down unlike what we use now. Every batch of soap I make is
run through a lye calculator. I was so impressed with this process but often wondered
why she didn’t just go to the store to purchase our soap. I can now appreciate this
manner of soap making which I later learned was passed down through the
generations. Pure and simple, making soap makes me happy. As I share my product
with you my greatest desire is that using it will make you happy too!
